You have 30 days following the order to make a return or exchange provided that the items have never been used, installed or in any way come into contact with any other product or substance, unmodified, and with the original label or packaging.
Actual shipping costs are not refundable except in the event that you return a product due to a delivery error or defect reported within 30 days. In any other event, transport, handling and transaction costs shall be borne by the customer. MAXIMUM TRAILERS takes care of planning the delivery as well as the return with the applicable carrier depending on the delivery location.
In the event that you need to cancel your order, it is important to notify us as soon as possible. It is possible to cancel an order before it is shipped. Some transactional, handling and transportation fees may apply.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and verification that the item complies with the return terms and conditions, we will then proceed with credit. This will be charged to the credit card or PayPal account initially used for the purchase. Please allow time for your refund to appear on your credit card statement or Paypal account.
MAXIMUM TRAILERS cannot assume errors from the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of billing and delivery information, as well as to ensure that the item(s) ordered are compatible with the trailer, ATV or utility in question.
